Setting Up Branding

- Upload your logo: Click the upload area and select a PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP file (max 2MB)
- Enter your company name: This replaces "Your Agency" in the report header and footer
- Set primary and secondary colors: Click the color pickers and enter hex codes (e.g., #2563eb) or use the color picker
- Add footer text: Enter contact info, website, or a custom tagline

Note: Existing reports already generated won't update. New reports will use your branding. To regenerate an old report with new branding, go to Dashboard > Reports, find the report, and click Regenerate.
How Branding Appears in Reports
Report Header
Your logo appears on the left (max 160x60px display size). Your company name appears next to it in bold. The entire header is on a light background with a subtle bottom border in your primary color.
Health Score Circles
Performance, security, and overall health indicators are shown as large circles. The circle color and the check mark inside use your primary color (or red/yellow for warnings).
Executive Summary Box
The AI executive summary is displayed in a box with a left border. The border color matches your primary color.
Tables & Accents
Table headers and section dividers use your secondary color. Links and CTA buttons use your primary color.
Report Footer
Your custom footer text (contact info, website, tagline) is shown at the bottom of every page. On Pro and Agency plans, the "Powered by MantleWP" credit is omitted entirely.
Tips for Best Results
Logo Format
- Use a horizontal logo: Vertical or square logos may not fit well in the header
- Size: The logo displays at max 160x60px. Use an SVG or high-res PNG for crisp results at any size
- Background: If your logo has a background, make sure it's transparent (PNG) or white (JPG)
- Padding: Leave some whitespace around your logo so it doesn't touch report text
Color Selection
- Contrast: Use colors with good contrast against white backgrounds. Dark blues, greens, and purples work well
- Test both: Upload a logo and generate a sample report to see how your colors look. Adjust if needed
- Avoid light grays: Very light colors may be hard to read on the white report background
- Primary vs. secondary: If unsure, use your brand's main color as primary and a slightly lighter shade as secondary
Company Name & Footer Text
- Name: Keep it short (2–4 words). Longer names may wrap awkwardly in the header
- Footer: Include your phone, email, or website so clients know how to reach you. 1–2 lines works best
White-Labeling for Different Agencies
If you manage multiple client agencies, each can have their own branding. Go to Dashboard > Branding and update the settings before generating reports. Every report uses the current branding configuration.
